Jacks or Better is one of the oldest and most popular games of Video Poker. The expected return on full pay or 9/6 Jacks or Better is 99.54% making this a very attractive game to play.
All American Poker is a Jacks or Better variant, where a Straight Flush is worth up to four times more than in Jacks or Better, often paying out 200 coins. Cryptologic's version of All American Poker doesn't do much justice to this basic idea, because they only pay 90 coins for a Straight Flush, without upgrading the lower parts of the pay table. This results in an expected return of only 98.11% which is much lower than that of full pay Jacks or Better.
